• We submit visa applications on your behalf but cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decision rests solely with the issuing authority (UAE Immigration, Saudi Embassy, etc.).
  
  
• Visa processing times are indicative and may be delayed due to government backlogs, holidays, or additional document requests.
  
  
• If a visa is rejected, only refundable fees (if any) will be returned as per our Refund Policy.
  
  

5. Airline Tickets & Travel Services

• Tickets are issued based on the details you provide. Please review all details (name, date, route) before confirming.
  
  
• Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights, or revise baggage policies without notice. RKI Travels is not responsible for such changes but will assist in rebooking where possible.
  
  

6. Cancellations & Refunds
