• Visa Rejection: Refund of only refundable government fees (if applicable).
  
  

2. Airline Tickets

• Refunds depend on airline policy:

  • Date change penalties depend on airline fare rules.
    
    

3. Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings

• Cancellations made 7+ days before travel: Up to 70% refund.
  
  
• Cancellations made less than 7 days: Subject to supplier charges (may be non-refundable).
  
  

4. Service Fees

Our service fees, processing fees, and handling charges are non-refundable once service is initiated.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days (subject to third-party timelines).

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a booked service (flights, tours, hotels) will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
